All orders over $49 qualify for free shipping in the United States.

A $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders totaling less than $49 when shipping to addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

Free and flat-rate shipping is not available for residents in Alaska and Hawaii regardless of total order value.

What is the return policy?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of an incorrect item(s) being shipped.

If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Please contact returns@rompandroost.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
